BJP Manifesto in Himachal Pradesh Election 2012 | BJP Manifesto for 2012 Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections BJP government in Himachal Pradesh has promised a slew of populist measures in its manifesto, released ahead of the upcoming assembly polls, including electric heaters for cooking gas users and free medicines in government hospitals. The party has also promised an increase in daily wages to 250, reduction in the rate of interest for farm loans to 2% from 4% and advancing loans to those opting for self-employment at 2% interest, among other measures.
